PERFORMANCE IMPROVEMENT: MANY COMPANIES HAVE NOT YET BEEN WEATHERPROOF / STUDY SHOWS BIG DEFICITIES IN STRUCTURES AND PROCESSES

The German economy is on the brink of a recession. But many companies are not prepared for this. More than half of the companies have to admit that their structures are neither flexible nor changeable. In addition, only every second company has so far checked its own processes with regard to the upcoming challenges. These are the results of the study "Success in Change". The management consultancy Staufen surveyed more than 400 top executives from German companies. The survey was carried out in spring 2019 and was carried out for the second time after 2017.
